Gawne Enterprises is a small, locally run storage site in Cradley Heath. We rent out shipping containers, warehouse space, car spaces and parking for local businesses — simple, secure space at a fair price.
The site sits on spacious land behind a car forecourt, so it’s quiet and tucked away. Every unit is individually alarmed and linked to the forecourt’s security system, and with vehicles parked out front there’s a natural extra layer of cover.
It’s set up for storage rather than daily comings and goings, which makes it ideal for business stock, office furniture, equipment and vehicles that don’t need moving every day.
How we work
- Storage and parking only — no workshops, offices or businesses run from site
- Simple monthly terms — one month’s deposit plus your first month in advance to start, then monthly in advance
- Open Monday to Friday 9am–5pm, Saturday 9am–3pm — closed Sundays
- Viewings by arrangement — come and see the space before you commit
